Sexual Harasser and Threat Maker Arrested Today!


Person who sexually harassed a female patron Sunday and threatened Executive Director of the building I secure yesterday was detained by myself and someone I'll call, Slammer this afternoon.

NOPD was called and arrested him.

( From Cap Black Social Media ): Thoughts after the #TropicalStorm Barry Mobilization. #Collectiveconsciousness radiated terse expectations regarding what this former Category One hurricane and tropical storm would do when it arrived in New Orleans. Of all words spoken and typed about this event, one I didn't see or hear was, #prepper. It often conjures connotations of militarists, cultists and survivalists, among other ominous " ists " in skeptical minds. Sweeping store closures and mass buying underscored the very real need of folks to have  food, water and other supplies independent of what government and big nonprofits offer in time consuming times of need. The word prepper may make folks uneasy. What makes me even more uneasy is the thought of people hungry, thirsty and frantic during real or imagined crisis because they didn't or couldn't stock supplies to sustain themselves until conditions return to normal. #RewardSeekers: Expanded #Bountyhunting. ( From UrbanSafetyist on Instagram ): People who are wanted by the law, and unwanted by victims, families, friends, and victim advocates, may need pursuers beyond the ranks of overburdened law enforcement and  #bailagents facing competition from the pre trial release movement. Many moons ago back home, as my #SafetyCreation Theory took shape, I applied the basic role of  #bountyhunter to non #bail related fugitives: child support, probation and parole violators and fugitives advertised in local papers. Some long term #bountyhunters had shared this expansion of #fugitiverecovery and I explored it. My working title for such  endeavors is Reward Seeker ( RS ).
